I think it's more logical to suggest that there are a couple individuals
working for the company named Hewlett and Packrad, and this is the basis for
the new name and spin-off to be.

So with the spinoff, there will be an adjustment in stock price from HP to
H-P. Calling the stockbroker now, and booking trip to the Cayman Islands.
