Very nice John and I agree with you 100%.  If all of those board directors
who signed under that letter just had the guts to put the bonuses they are
going to get if the merger goes through, all of us will see the real picture.

<<Very interesting, Wirt, especially all the disclaimers at the end.  Now,
why aren't the bonuses that everyone stands to get tied to the performance
of the merged enterprise instead of tied to the merger being voted in favor
of?  The stockholders are only compensated if the merged enterprise is
successful, why should it be any different for the executives who are
making the day-to-day decisions?  This is how Enrons and Global Crossings
are created.
