On and off, we get sessions hung up which we cannot abort via
ABORTJOB. Because they're running across the LAN via NS/3000, we
cannot ABORTIO on the terminal. The only fix for this that we've
found is to NSCONTROL STOP the network and START it again which is not
very popular with other users on that network who are still logged on
and working OK.

We believe the origin of the problem is that some PC users terminate
Reflection w/o terminating their sessions and without releasing the
network connection (running recent releases of R1 for DOS, R1WIN, and
NSOpen). We're working on educating them, etc. What I would like to
know is are there other ways of getting a session that is hung like
that to abort? Sometimes we can't do batch processing or backup files
unless we blow the user away.

TIA!
