5) somebody out there needs to put together a "home solar cell power
plant
package" that won't take 20 years to recover the cost (3-5 years would
be
okay) and won't take a second mortgage to have installed and the local
electric utility won't be able to charge you a fortune for the equipment
and
connections required to sell them your excess electricity

And tell the HOA's that Solar equipment is ok, and in fact, something
that we should all install.  Heck, while we're at it, tell the HOA's
that a clothes line in your own backyard is now a requirement rather
than a fineable offence!!!
