So it is an older version of BackPack.
I did find program call RR.PUB.TYM and ran it

Guys and Gals,
I have some old BackPack tapes that I need to restore data from.
I thought I could restore BACKUPPL from the front of the tape, but that is an Orbit thing.
How do I recover a BackPack tape if I don't have the program?
