Well, it's that time of the year again for me when I am to renew
our HP maintenance agreements. But this time I am investigating
having a hardware maintenance agreement from a company other than
HP. We've got a couple of local companies that do this, but what
I am looking for is any tales of woe and/or despair and/or agony
from anybody who has used non-HP services. Any gotcha's would
be helpful as well as any happy and/or ecstatic stories too.

Thanks.
