I am sorry to say, you probably have a couple ghost sessions.  It is not that uncommon.  The only way to get rid of them is to reboot.  Just a warning, a control-a shutdown, probably won't make it to shut 6, or even shut 5 for that matter.

I suspect the ghost sessions have messed up JMAT table entries.

Do a showproc job=#jxxx;tree

See if you can abortproc the pins underneath (if there are any).

There are a couple things you can do in DEBUG, but the odds of crashing the system are higher than freeing the session.
