If you don't need a fancy display of the differences good old FCOPY will
compare two files for you:

FCOPY FROM=FILEA;TO=FILEB;COMPARE=100

The above will compare FILEA and FILEB and give you byte by byte report of
any differences, called compare errors, up to 100 differences found.
Unfortunately
it doesn't display the records just the byte positions that are different,
you have
look where it tells you to yourself.  If all you want is see if two files
are the same,
it'll do the trick.

Two in the CSL I know of is COMPARE, and COMPAREJS. (search abstract for
compare)
I have no comments (yet) on their value.
