Lazy Help With FTP ...

One of my HP3000's is not doing FTP connections.  (Notably from my other
HP3000's.)

I've checked all the parameters I can think of  Config files in .NET.
Got my links to /etc. et. al.

But since my network geeks are out of town, I'll take any suggestions
short of checking for blocked port 21 on a specific port of the switch.
(All our HP3000s are on the same switch too.)

This is also one the machines I care not much about, take your time.
(Hence 'Lazy' in the Subject line.)
