Ditto. We just just went through the same ordeal. With dozens of BPXL
processes and a very busy shop, we took the easy road of using the
parm=-1 syntax interpretor knowing that eventually we would have to
convert over to the new syntax. We lost this feature when we upgraded
to version 4.6.7 a couple of months ago.

On a related subject, and the reason why we upgraded. Roadrunner
crashed our system a couple of times while attempting to store files
being populated over an NS connection. Actually, here's the combination
which <I believe> caused the crashes :

1. Roadrunner builds the tape directory for files selected to be stored.
2. While the tape directory is being built, one of the files selected is
purged.
3. Before Roadrunner attempts to store the file which was purged, the
file is built again and begins to grow via a dscopy from another HP3000.
4. <apparently> Roadrunner gets very confused while attempting to store
this file, producing a file label error and choking the system.

HP reviews the dump tape and says, talk to Unison.
Unison says, "Upgrade".

Just in case, we have fixed it so that this does not happen again.

Anybody out there encounter this one?

Thanks in advance.
