IMPORTANT NOTE !!!

Please don't confuse the Interex survey started this week with the one
started a couple of days earlier by the OpenMPE effort. It is unfortunate
that they chose to do that :( It is only confusing and muddying the waters
for the user community. I've already had people tell me they are confused
and refuse to do any surveys now and others saying they did one or the other
and that's good enough.

These are two different surveys trying to meet different objectives. The
OpenMPE survey is trying to determine the level of interest among the
vendor/consultant community and the user community for MPE to continue to be
supported and enhanced well beyond 12/31/2006. We need feedback from as
many MPE users as possible. The survey can be found at
www.TechGroupME.com/OpenMPE.htm.

Thanx,
Jon (trying not to be emotional about my "advocacy group") Backus

Subject: [HP3000-L] HP e3000 Migration Survey

On November 19, 2001, Interex sent a short HP e3000 Migration Survey to its
members. So far, the response rate to this survey has been overwhelming.

Now, we want to open this survey to all HP3000 users. The results of this
10-question survey will be posted online and also shared with HP, so it is
critical for you to be heard.

Please click on the link below, answer the survey questions, and let Interex
and HP know what's on your mind.

We thank you for your input and feedback.
