Just for information.  I mentioned that we were on 7.29C8.  Notice the
little '8' at the end.  When we converted, we got the LATEST version of
it.  This might be the fix for the Feb 29, 20000 problem.  I don't know
for sure, but that might be the difference that is causing the
confusion.
