What about a second level of PRIV that is able to be purged, copied,
ranmed, etc? It would be nice to have PRIV files for security reasons
(for things not so critical as a database) that can be copied, purged,
etc. I can see where the others are coming from though, it should be
difficult to delete database files. PRIV has a nice secure feeling to it
too...
Perhaps a PRIV2 file code with less rigidity?
