You better not get rid of it. If you do, and you have a power failure on
your dtc, the dtc will have nowhere to get its code from. The telnet
functionality (and all other functionality) on the dtc will be gone.

Also, it's not quite as simple as reconfiguring via nmmgr, from pc-based to
host-based. Host-based nmmgr configuration does not support configuration
and management of telnet access card.

In short, you need your pc-based openview dtc manager for as long as you
need the telnet access card in your dtc.
