The Armistice was signed between the Allies and Germany in a railway
carriage in the forest of Compeigne to end the First World War.
So, I think that's GMT+1, right? If so, and they do mean 11:11 AM, then
as I click send we're about 12:hours and 5 minutes past the occasion.
But then what about DST?
