Let's *do* get started on that!

Naming is important.  Calling something an Express Release sets up an
expectation that I should be receiving a subsystem tape.

The Response Center seems to be saying: 6.0 Express Release 1 was called
that in error ... it should have been called 6.0 PowerPatch 1 (because
there's no subsystem tape).

Is indeed accurate to say that?
