Moving from 7.0 to 7.5 adding 4gb memory and upgrading the
CPU processor will not, in itself, cause the problem you
are showing..Unless

You were close to exceeding the tables before and have added
new users/processes.

Did BIGPIN get turned OFF as part of the OS upgrade?
(SHOWVAR HPMAXPIN)

SR7 space and SR6 space are actually shared so as long as both aren't at
capacity you should be alright.
