False premise. The US Supreme Court merely kept the Florida Supreme Court
from breaking Florida election law and appointing Gore. Note that the
decision that the Florida court's actions were illegal was made on a 7-2
vote; it was only hte specific order that passed by a 5-4 vote - but that
vote makes it the law of the land.

As with any argument based on false premises, the rest of your argument is
specious.
