I have two brief questions on HP users  This is for a HP3000:

We are going over our user list and have come across a few .SYS logins we
are questioning

First:  Is there a way to tell when a user was added to the system, a Date /
Time stamp?  LISTUSER doesn't show this, is there another command?  If so
what is it.

Second:  There is a SCOPE.SYS login that puts us into a SCOPE.SYS group with
one program, PVSCOPE, in the group.  Is this a diagnostic program?  If so
for what.
