I believe you are talking about the MPE/iX Shell and Utilities manual...  This
is a good question, I have the paper copy of the manual, but I don't see it in
the LaserROM for MPE/iX yet...
 
One would hope that if you specified CDROM manuals and the manuals were not on
the CD, then you would get the paper manuals...
 
I'll see what I can find out, or if there is someone from HP who can chime in...
