Ditto. At the Mint for example, we've probably spent about $1M on HPe3000
hardware/(HP)software; however in large part due to the presence of the 3000,
we've also spent about $1M on an XP256, and probably $3-4M on HP printers.
FWIW, we would have probably had another $2-3M in HPUX servers also, but the
HP sales reps blew the original deal to Sun, so all the Unix boxes ( and we
all know that keeping those running involves pouring alot more $$$ into them-
hardware upgrades/memory) are Sun boxes...
Perhaps another telling sign is that initially we ran more than a dozen high-
end HP Netservers... those two are being retired and being replaced by Dell's
top of the line servers (several dozen of them).
