In my feedback, I mentioned the usual:
- lack of data in the Technical Knowledge Database
- poor search engine (lacks "near", etc.)
but I forgot to mention:
- lack of email bug report submission
- ITRC down time / response time problems
- pseudo URLs, different for each search. This means you
can't rely on your browser's color-change to tell you which
bug reports you've already read. It also means you cant
bookmark a document.
