Hi everyone.

We have always used DAT media here. We are now being quoted a server with
an OnStream SC50 tape drive. It is an internal SCSI 2 drive that uses 30gb
or 50gb ADR tapes. The drive is inexpensive (around $500), but the tapes
run $40 to $50 a piece. It has a 2MB/Sec throughput.

Has anyone used this type of tape drive or media type that can compare it to
DAT.

Thanks in advance for the help.
