Hi Peter,
You could use Samba on the 3000 to provide a shared folder to the PC.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Transfering files from PC to HP3000
Hello,
I've got a lot of files on a PC with the extension ".xml". I need to get
them onto the HP3000 machine we have here.
I can use ftp and type "put abc.xml ./abc.xml" and that works fine as ftp
(or something) realises that I'm talking about a POSIX file name because of
the leading "./".
But I can't do "mput *.xml ./". I get an error about a non existent group.
So how do I do it? I've managed to do it with other files by using the UNIX
utility "tar" on the PC and on HP3000 but I need a general way to do it
without this UNIX utility being available on both machines.
Thanks.
Peter
