Hi,

Has anyone had any success filling out the Interex Advocacy
survey at: http://www.interex.org/advocacy/survey/98survey.html?

When I try to go to that page, with either MSIE 4 or Netscape 4,
I get the initial three paragraphs of text, and then usually nothing
else (after several minutes of "loading" (up to about 45 KB).
Once, I got 2/3 of a page of a form ... but I've never received the entire page.

The page seems to put MSIE into a CPU loop, eating nearly 100% of the CPU on
my NT machine.
