90% of the questions are generic to Apache.   The last %10 (or less)
have some HP specific aspect.   I've messed up enough only to find I
was making a generic error to immediately blame the '3000
implementation.   On the other had getting the '3000 implementation
set up properly is crucial as is knowing what parts have been
completely and correctly ported and what parts haven't.    I'm using
Java so  I'm moving on to Lutris's commercial Enhyra hoping to take
advantage of their supported environment.

There was item on the SIB ballot to documement the HP specific parts.
Unfortunately CSY turned it down.   So there we are.
