If you get a chance, Please join Paul Edwards, a HP e3000 Certified
Consultant and CEO of Paul Edwards and Associates for an important, one-hour
discussion: "Planning for a Data Center Disaster...".

The event begins at 1 p.m. PDT/ 4 p.m. EDT (2000 UTC) on Thursday, October
11, 2001.

Synopsis:
If you manage any critical e3000 environment, it may be worth an hour of
your time, especially in light of recent events.
Several e3000 environments were affected by the recent disaster in New York,
as many corporations use the HP e3000 as a key component in their business
strategy. Because of the HP e3000's legendary uptime statistics, the e3000
seems to be often overlooked in disaster planning.

On the other hand, new hardware and software licensing can help make a
redundant or "mirrored" environment more affordable than ever, using the new
A or N-Class and HP's SharePlex/iX , Quest's NetBase or Lund's Shadow DR.

The chat will be co-hosted by 3kworld's Chris Gauthier and Paul Edwards.
