tough ain't it. But if you want to be better then the enemy, find a way.
That's always been the problem in guerilla-warfare since Vietnam.
as long as proven otherwise everybody without a uniform being killed while
not attacking is to be considered a civilian.
Have to be very careful where you drop the bombs.
