It has been pointed out to me people could draw the wrong conclusion about
which vendor we are talking about.

It is NOT Adager. Adager has never pulled a stunt like this with us. We have
always had consistent, quality support from Adager. They have always been
upfront about support costs and they have always been exceptionally
understanding of their customer needs. I want to repeat - we are NOT talking
about Adager.

Unfortunately, I can not name the vendor in question myself. We are
currently in negotiations concerning the rising support costs. If the sales
team at the vendor in question happens to be listening into the list, I have
probably already screwed up any good will in the negotiations. I do not want
to compound the problem by actually saying the name... :-(. If one of you
who have already deduced it want to pipe up :-)
