cobol language reference in HTML?

I know about the HP manuals online, they have a basic problem that the
examples are badly scanned images of the physical manual in many
places.  Does anyone know of the actual ANSI language reference available
online somewhere?  I know I found it once before because I actually printed
it out, but I can't seem to find it now.
