Some of you may have noticed an extended "quiet time" on the list
recently as the daily posting threshold was exceeded yet again.  I was
away on a family concern (cousin's funeral) and didn't discover this
until yesterday.

At any rate, the daily limit has been increased from 100 to 200 since we
have reached 100/day several times lately.  I have also added Joe Geiser
<[log in to unmask]> as a full listowner to back me up.  I'd like to
thank him for "volunteering" <he he> his services and it seemed
appropriate as he
is handling our newsgroup gateway already.
