Yup.  The sundown to sundown thing sounds a bit weird at first, but it turns
out to be really cool.  All day Sabbath is less hurried, less stressful than
the rest of the week--a quieter time.  Friday night, after sundown, we make
that transition, slowing down, relaxing, letting the busy-ness of the week go.
It's a bit like the people who are careful not to bring the cares of work home.
Many families have a little family worship (hymn singing and suchlike) to open
and close the Sabbath hours.

BTW, I'm happy to answer questions, if there are any, but am concerned about
bandwidth.  I answered this on the list because the question was put to the
list.
