I fully agree with you Chris!  My relationship with HP goes back to about 1975
with a Series II machine at a defense contractor, then a 2000C' at a liberal
arts college (how many of you remember that box <g>?), and finally a S/58 and
now S/937 at my present employer.  System and hardware support has been great.
The reliability of both the S/58 and S/937 boxes has been excellent and
hardware maintenance, when needed, is always prompt.
 
The unfortunate part of this picture is HP sales.
