I have seen a few recent cases of the "[VSM] Undecoded status.info = -37"
which appear to be unrelated to the problem at your site...

... but can you tell us:

1) Which O.S. version ?
2) Do you have a product installed that intercepts images calls ?
   - If yes which product ?
3) What has changed since this program last worked or you were
   able to access this data base in this manor ?
