Try to get a hold of a copy of TIMEWARP I think www.gainsborough.com do it,
it allows you to set certain time parameters for users, accounts and jobs
etc. It allows you to set time + or - current time. So for example John
working in the UK takes the current system time while Frans in Belgium takes
the current system time +1

grows up and we get a new partner in Brasilia. they should work about our
