Speaking of sox; I was listening to npr last week and they were talking
with a stock market analyst about sox and it's impact on the nyse. The
analyst stated there are some companies looking at moving to the london
stock exchange to bypass sox; what a concept.

Subject: Volokh Blog and Sarbanes-Oxley
Normally I don't pass what I see on Eugene Volokh's blog.
But since it refers to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) I believe there may be
significant interest.

My colleague and fellow blogger Prof. Bainbridge has just published
[1]Complete Guide to Sarbanes-Oxley: Understanding How Sarbanes-Oxley
Affects Your Business. I know nothing about Sarbanes-Oxley or
corporate law more generally, but I know that Bainbridge is a top
scholar in the field; if I needed to know about the subject, his book
would be the first place I'd turn.
