Having bought one of those contact lists, I'd really have a hard time recommending it to anyone. Between the out of date entries and the overwhelming number of nameless headhunter email addresses, I couldn't even give it away, in good conscience. 

In fact, I'd consider paying a true computer professional to remove them from my Outlook.
