hi all!

i finally got an opportunity to update the "system manager's toolbox"
hosted on invent3k:

- the sysconf job has been updated to optionally run 'fcscan' (thanks
to billy for offering the suggestion!)
- the web pages for easing access to tim ericson's scripts have been
put up and seem to be working (thanks to john dunlop for getting them
ready!)

if you find a bad link in the script pages, please let me know.  there
are lots of files...and lots of links...and...well...you know :-)
