I am aware that many HP3000 users, having HP P405 printers on their 
systems, are having difficulty obtaining service, support and consumables 
for these printers.

Printer Systems international (PSi)is the original manufacturer of these 
printers for HP per HP's specification. Since HP discontinued sales and 
support of these printers in the U.S. and most other parts of the world, 
PSi has continued to offer the same printer under the PSi name. PSi also 
offers full support, service, spares and consumables for both the HP and 
PSi units. 

The PSi P405 is still available through PSi sales and distribution. Please 
contact me if you have questions or if PSi may assist you regarding the 
P405 printer.
