We are in looking into upgrading our 987/150 to a 979/200KS
and I'm very interested in moving over one of our HP-IB
cards.

I know that the HP-IB card is not supported by HP on the
9x9KS system, but I found several postings on this list in
which people were able to make the HP-IB cards work on a
9x9KS system.

I would like to hear from those brave souls who tried to
connect an HP-IB card to their 9x9KS system. Please email
me a response to the following questions:

 1.  If have an HP-IB card running in a 9x9KS system;

     a) How long has it been running and which release of
        MPE/iX are you on?

     b) Which HP-IB peripherals are you running?

 2. If you tried install an HP-IB card in a 9x9KS system,
     but it either failed or stopped working;

     a) Which release of MPE/iX did it fail or stop working?

     b) What HP-IB peripherals were you trying to run?

Thanks in advance for your response.
