Thanks to Mark and Gilles...

First, ensured that the path matched in all the specific areas (they
didn't - it needed to be 56/56, not just 56 - as on the 927).  That didn't
do the trick though, but probably helped.

Gilles little trick of faking it out with a bogus DTC did it.  Added a
phantom DTC16 with a "zeroed out" address, rebooted it, and voila...
