Jeff, I am still confused about the 818DX. We currrently run a
rental 918 under the previous VAR program (40% off).
We have had it over three years, so we could turn it in and get
the 918DX, which would reduce our costs significantly, particularly
because of software license fees. My questions are:

1. Does HP really want to do this? We Would be just swapping iron
for iron as far as the system is concerned.

2. If that is the way HP wants to go, whom in HP should I contact
to:
        A. Return our existing 918.
        B. Get the 918DX.

We thank HP for this program and hope we can take advantage of it.

TIA.
