Max. memory for 9x9 is 2048 MB (requires 2nd memory carrier card)

Max. memory for 967 that can physically be installed is 768 MB (12x64).
However, according to specs, max. supported is 512 MB.  I can't say whether
768 MB will actually work - but I don't see why not.
