You can't.
 
If you wanted to remove a volume from the system volume set, you would first
have to do an INSTALL.
 
Upon completion of the INSTALL, you would be left with only the master
volume - and you would need to use volutil to add the other members .......
unless you had previously used sysgen to add the volumes to the system
volume set (via the IO, AVOL path).
 
If so, you would need to INSTALL in single-disk single-user mode - then
remove the volume(s) via the sysgen IO, DVOL path.
