I have not received our 5.5 media as yet but am still having problems getting
out manuals on cd-rom.  We had been receiving these every quarter for
about 18 months when all of a sudden our contract says "manuals on paper".
Various phone calls over many months have finally got this changed back to
cd-rom but still we hae not received the latest cd as promised.  The latest I
have on hand dates back to September 95.  So yes I think HP should get their
act together!!

p.s we did get a delivery about 2 months ago of 2 cds but they were the
wrong ones!
