The pause button is included only in the Atmarian timer, where you're allowed
to insert all of the extra time you need to get whatever you're doing done.

I wrote a Yokemian timer this time. This form of timer, in contrast, is
merciless. In this kind of device, the moving finger of time writes, and
having writ, moves on, and not all your piety nor all your wit can erase half
a line of it.

Unless of course you press the stop button.
