I have an interesting problem with Reflection. I received a call from a
user who is one of those users who knows just enough to be dangerous. She
had been taught how to record and use macros in Reflection. Earlier this
week most of her macros disappeared, seemingly without provocation
(obviously she did SOMETHING, but she doesn't know what, and there have been
no updates pushed out to PCs). She has no backups, so she understands that
she probably can't get them back, but she would like to start rebuilding
them. The problem is that the macro functionality has stopped working. She
says it will not record. It goes through the motions of recording and
saving the macro, but when she tries to run it, nothing happens. Another
symptom is that the "customize" tab of the "toolbar" setup menu has nothing
on the bottom half of the window. The "Action" box is simply not there.

I have looked at every setting in the "list settings" menu looking for one
that might affect this behavior, and I haven't been able to find anything.
Does anyone have any ideas? This is version 9.0 of Reflection.

Thanks,
John Clogg
