First, I wish to disclose my position as the VP of DB-NET, Inc. I
offer the following information to help shed light on the solution, not
to use this forum for marketing.

Both DevTech and DB-NET, Inc. offer paths to MicroFocus. DevTech sells
tools for the customer to utilize and debug on their own. DevTech
bought the knowledge from IDSI in California sometime last year and has
been improving their process. DB-NET, Inc. offers a migration service,
not tools. The complete migrated system is delivered to the cutomer
once it is fully funtional on the target platform.

I am not as familiar with DevTech's process, but DB-NET utilizes
dynamic SQL and curses (discussed in another post) to improve
efficiency. DB-NET can provide a host system or a client server
solution.
