Look into a cool tool called DataPilot, which will do said synching for a
large number of current cellphones.

I first used Motorola synching software vs my SonyErricson T610, which
worked pretty well but wasn't as robust as DataPilot, but using the
DataPilot software, my phone contains my entire Contacts list, Calendar
including working reminders, and other folders are available. I chose to
shun synching the folders you mention primarily because my address's
popularity in the spam world would keep my phone insanely busy, but I think
they're on the list.

I blew the installation of the DataPilot's USB cable interface (they're not
kidding about the sequence of events when they say install first then
connect) - even though I followed directions some sort of conflict arose
with the previously installed Motorola USB cable software, and I've never
got around to fixing that, largely becase the phone also has an infrared
port and that works fine.

The cable set that comes with DataPilot is a multi-piece two-at-a-time
affair that enables connecting a wide variety of phones to either USB or
serial ports; the blurb with the package indicates that it's okay to use by
your whole company vs all members' phones.
