Yes, we still have our Series 33. In fact, here's a fairly recent picture of

We use the Series 33 as a desk nowadays.

The part is indeed the front panel of a Series 33. The only reason that I
haven't answered earlier was the inertial requirements of me getting up and
walking half a block to see if the part was identical. It is. I just went over with
the picture in hand and opened the front door of the machine.

However the part would likely to have been used on more than one model of the
HP3000. I would suspect that it was also used on the Series 30, 44 and 64
machines as well.
